Jeans for Genes Day is the annual fundraising campaign for Genetic Disorders UK, the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by a genetic disorder. Monies raised on Jeans for Genes Day fund the work of the charity and provide grants to organisations for projects that aim to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders.
Brenda, Activities Staff at the Home says “We all really enjoyed the day, supporting an amazing Charity. The afternoon was made complete when we all enjoyed entertainment and a good dance and sing-a-along together, it was so much fun. It was brilliant to see staff, families and people living at the Home get involved, wearing jeans and buying the delicious cakes (thank you to Collette and the Kitchen Team for all their hard work on the day!)”
A big thank you to everyone who supported this event – we could not have achieved this brilliant total without the support of you all.
