Stocks Hall Burscough Home hosted their annual Easter Bingo recently at The Stanley Club Burscough.
Friends, family, staff and people living near the Village packed the hall to make this a bingo session to remember. The evening was split into two halves with refreshments and home-made, deliciously prepared cakes cooked by Jeanette, Head Chef at Stocks Hall Burscough Home, for all to enjoy in the interval.
There was wonderful bingo prizes on offer for winning a line, 2 lines and full houses during the evening. As it was an Easter Bingo many prizes included luxurious chocolate Easter Hampers with many other pampering, luxury gifts.
The event raised almost £1300 which will all go towards the Resident’s fund at the Stocks Hall Burscough Care Home. Staff at the Home worked tirelessly to make this night such a success.
Karen (Housekeeper), Denise (PA) commented on how well the evening had gone. They both agreed that without the support of local businesses it would not be the success it always is. They would personally like to say huge thank you to Frank who patiently called the bingo numbers, to Christine & Linda who supply and sell the bingo books and raffle tickets, and to all the local businesses listed. Thanks also go to everybody who worked behind the scenes, to make this the special night it was.
Sammi Molyneux, Manager of Stocks Hall, Burscough Home, would also like to add her personal thank you to the Burscough Community for their continued support in attending this annual event, and especially to Mike from the Stanley Institute.
Special Business thank you goes to;
