CARE COORDINATOR – Homecare Office, Skelmersdale

Stocks Hall Care Homes Ltd is a well-established family based group that is passionate about providing excellent standards of specialist care.

We are looking to recruit a full time care coordinator to work within our homecare office on Sandy Lane, Skelmersdale. The role will include – jointly managing the staff team of Community Carers and carry out the allocation of visits to Service Users in the most effective manner using our computerised system.

To take telephone and reception enquiries, dealing with callers and visitors as appropriate and communicating any relevant information to colleagues.

To undertake on-call duties as per rota. Carry out regular supervisions / reviews with community carers / service users as agreed.

Ensure the community carers have the necessary skills and knowledge required to perform their job and that this is maintained through appropriate training and development.

Enhanced DBS will be required for this post.

Salary £9.01 per hour plus on-call.
